With spring comes the need for cleansing and need to improve your mood and energy. There are foods that you can introduce to your diet for these specific needs. Salmon
Salmon is a great source of the energy-boosting goodness that is essential omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for energy production, brain activity and circulation.

Banana
